The Governor in Council having granted the prayer of the undermentioned person for the privileges of Naturalization, under the provisions of Act No. VIII of 1867, and the Oath of Allegiance having been duly taken by the same person before the Lieutenant-Governor of Penang, a Certificate of Naturalization was accordingly issues to him on the 12th July, 1869:-
